Build to suit project, with Bycar Engineering in tenant improvement consultant role.

Expansive warehouse used for food processing, packaging and cold storage. Project includes employee kitchen area, office spaces, and a daycare.

Building utilizes heat recovery systems and ice banks to minimize energy usage.

Bycar Engineering coordinated with the base building consultants and with Nanak Foods Equipment and process engineers to help create efficient systems and minimize waste.

  • 180,000 square feet dedicated to the food processing areas.
