Project Overview

Bycar provided mechanical design services, including HVAC and plumbing for both the commercial and residential portions of the building.

The site is 12 acres, consisting of two 6-storey residential buildings with 100,000 square feet of retail and office space.

Our team worked closely with the developer, Weathervane Real Estate, to create comfortable, energy efficient homes with amenities and undergroud parking.

  • Multi-buildings, multi-occupancy site.
  • 6-storey wood frame construction, 130 units.
  • Designed energy efficient systems using in-floor radiant heating and exceeded all energy code requirements.
