He started with a dedication to providing exceptional value to clients and has consistently demonstrated his valuable skills and collaborative approach, making significant contributions to the success of every project he has been involved in. Daryl believes that projects are made with coordination and is committed to making it happen.

He began his career with a focus on delivering energy-efficient and cost-effective mechanical designs, and has consistently demonstrated an exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to client needs. Rob values the importance of system coordination and collaborative teamwork, believing that thoughtful design and clear communication are crucial to project success. Scott graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has earned his professional engineering designation (P.Eng.). Scott joined Bycar Engineering in 2017 and has since made valuable contributions to the design and drafting of ample projects. These projects range from food production facilities, industrial warehouses, commercial strata, athletic gyms, and more.

Derek has over 10 years of experience specializing in mechanical and plumbing design for a diverse range of projects, including large retail centers, multi-storey offices, industrial facilities and car dealerships. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the Mechatronic Systems Engineering program at Simon Fraser University in 2014, Derek has contributed his expertise to numerous successful projects at Bycar Engineering. His strengths include meticulous attention to detail, project management and coordination, dedication to client service, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Derek’s hands-on site experience in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan ensures practical solutions and effective project delivery on every assignment.

Sarj has over 25 years of experience in mechanical systems design, working on a broad spectrum of projects that include commercial and multi-story office buildings, educational facilities, tenant improvements, restaurants, and both high-rise and low-rise residential developments. A graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Sarj is recognized for taking initiative in advancing technology within the firm, leading the adoption and implementation of REVIT MEP, and developing comprehensive training programs for new employees. Sarj’s strengths lie in his commitment to exceptional service, strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and diligent work ethic. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure quality results on every project.
