BYCAR Engineering Ltd. has been in business since 2002 after operating for one year as a sole proprietorship. We have since grown to a company of 25 strong. We have encouraged a strong family approach in our office and it has paid off by attracting quality employees with similar principals toward quality.
BYCAR Engineering Limited provides mechanical consulting in the building services field for commercial and small industrial buildings. This includes design services for plumbing, sprinklers, and HVAC which includes heating, ventilation, specialty exhaust and air conditioning.

Leadership
BYCAR Engineering Ltd. has a commitment to being team members. We have courteous design professionals which take pride in coordination. We understand that most change orders are caused by poor design coordination and pride ourselves on our communication and coordination.
We consistently use design checklists as a quality control measure. All our projects are also reviewed by another senior employee not involved in the project to provide a fresh set of eyes on the project.
All design staff have a sound understanding of HVAC principles and design experience on a wide variety of projects. This allows us to provide innovative and unique design solutions. We have an open office and daily bounce ideas around the office to utilize the vast reservoir of design and construction experience to come up with a practical and workable design. Bycar staff also has contracting experience which grounds designs with value engineering to provide the appropriate system to suit use, budget and energy consumption.
Project and Value Management
We are committed to working together with other disciplines for coordinated final product. We are committed to keeping the project progress on or ahead of schedule. With this and our commitment to coordination allows us to foresee potential concerns and coordinate issues with sufficient time for ourselves and others to address them properly.
