Daryl Keturakis, P.Eng. – Principal

Daryl graduated from the Mechanical Engineering program at the University of British Columbia in 1993. Daryl has 19 years of mechanical consulting experience. He has design experience with residential high rise, office, retail, commercial, institutional, theaters, warehouse and industrial buildings. Daryl’s strengths are his communication skills, technical knowledge, organization, detail and his commitment to service.

Rob Dekam, A.Sc.T. – Principal

Rob’s work experience started in 1990, and he graduated from the Air-conditioning Engineering Technology program at NAIT in Edmonton Alberta in 1993. Rob has 20 years design experience and has been responsible for tenant retrofits, shopping centres, strip malls, multi-storey office buildings, lab facilities, lab tenant fit out, warehouses, industrial facilities, institutional, technical facilities, clean room, residential high-rise boiler retrofits, and commercial kitchens. Further experience has been 1.5 years as a mechanical design build and service contractor in which he designed, priced, sold, coordinated and project managed construction for each project he worked on. Rob’s strengths are his communications skills, creativeness, technical knowledge, construction and service experience, and hard work ethics.

Sarj Ranu, A.Sc.T., LEED AP – Principal

Sarj graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2000. Sarj has 20 years of design experience in mechanical systems designs with commercial, multi-story office buildings, educational, tenant improvements, restaurants, high-rise and low-rise residential buildings.  Sarj has taken the lead in adoption and implementation of REVIT and development of training programs for new employees.  Sarj’s strengths are his commitment to service, technical knowledge, organization and diligent work ethic.
