Outlook Village is a 130,000 square foot retail and office development in Mission, BC.

This site is also part of the Wren and Raven residential buildings, which are mixed use developments.
The location features financial services, restaurants and personal services.

Building 4, intended as an office building with retail on the ground floor, is fitted with a Samsung VRF system.

Build to suit project for steel manufacturing equipment built to handle pulp and paper, mining, oil and gas, cement and co-generation.

The facility is 40,976 square feet of finished warehouse with 4,500 square feet of office and racking area.

Mechanical design included coordinating with 10 wall mounted jib cranes, exhaust and extraction system for 6 welding bays, machine shop and material storage warehouse.

Expansive warehouse used for food processing, packaging and cold storage. Project includes employee kitchen area, office spaces, and a daycare.

Building utilizes heat recovery systems and ice banks to minimize energy usage.

Bycar Engineering coordinated with the base building consultants and with Nanak Foods Equipment and process engineers to help create efficient systems and minimize waste.

Project Overview

Sketchers’ first Canadian distribution centre.

The facility was designed with a two storey office space including reception, lunchroom, kitchen, boardrooms, and workstations.

The warehouse is complete with large washrooms and locker rooms, a shippers office and a dedicated trucker’s lobby and washroom area.

The tenant improvement involved a continouos conveyor system that includes a 3 level pick tower and storage racking.

Base building and tenant improvement design for a renowned logistics firm. Project started as a multi-tenant, 9-unit design and was subsequently taken by a single tenant.

The building consists of a large warehouse space, office, and mezzanine spaces tailored to the company’s needs.
