Project Overview

Bycar provided mechanical design services, including HVAC and plumbing for several residential buildings as part of a master-planned community in Langford with 438 units and over 5 low rise buildings.

Two buildings are mixed use with commercial tenants on the main floor, and all buildings were provided with large amenity spaces and underground parking with storage.

We worked closely with the consultants, the developer and trades to ensure a smooth installation and process during construction.

  • 6 storey wood frame construction.
  • Designed energy efficient systems using infloor radiant heating and exceeded all energy code requirements.
