Project Overview

Bycar provided HVAC, plumbing and energy modelling for the project, which consists of 161 units in a six storey building.

The building has spacious and well thought out amenities, including a dog wash, lounge with kitchen and underground parking.

The HVAC systems utilize fan coil units to provide both heating and cooling, with the Lonsdale Energy Corporation being the heating source.
We worked closely with the developer, consultants, and construction teams to deliver a building that performs efficiently year-round.
