Project Overview

Mixed use development consisting of four buildings that vary in elevation. Bycar is providing mechanical design, including HVAC and plumbing for both the commercial and residential portions.

The site consists of over 600 units and nearly 200,000 square feet of commercial space. Units are provided with efficient wall mounted heat pumps to provide both heating and cooling in the main living spaces of each unit.

We worked closely with the developer, municipality and consultants to create efficient and economic mechanical systems. Bycar has kept in touch with the trade and construction teams regularly to ensure installation is on track and meets all design intents.
